Club Webmasters Listserv

This listserv provides club webmasters with the ability to:

  • Communicate with fellow club webmasters
  • Share best practices for managing your club’s website
  • Receive the latest news about School events to promote to your club’s members
  • Share information about relevant events and activities at your club

To use this listserv, simply include the e-mail address [email protected] in future correspondence. To be added to this listserv, contact your staff liaison.

Club Website Domain Management

Wharton will manage website domain settings (your club’s URL) and email forwarding as a benefit to all clubs on our website platform. The School will gladly cover renewal fees and other domain maintenance, making this one less administrative task for your club.

Photos and Brand Standards

Brand Standards ensure your club represents the Wharton brand. To view this guide, click here

If you would like more information about the branding policies for Wharton alumni, please visit the Wharton Brand Standards website.

Wharton has created a Flickr album of high-quality Wharton photos that are publicly available for online use. This can be a great source of images for your website. For image management, we recommend Google Drive or Dropbox. Nonprofits can get discounts on Google services as well as Dropbox, if clubs would like to explore those options for file management. See Google Apps for Nonprofits, or contact Dropbox sales team
