Club leaders attending the Wharton Global Forum in Shanghai were invited to an exclusive all-day trek to visit the main players in Shanghai’s economy while networking and sharing best practices. In San Francisco, club leaders discussed club value propositions, mission statements, and volunteer management, and enjoyed the views from Wharton’s campus. Materials included:

  • Mission statement activity – Create or refine your club’s mission statement to help guide club programming and events.
  • Volunteer management case study – Kick off your next board meeting with this activity to start brainstorming creative solutions to your club management challenges.

The night before Reunion Weekend in Philadelphia, club leaders were treated to a live cooking demonstration at COOK by a renowned Philadelphia chef and formed new connections over a delicious meal.
