Automatic Membership Renewal Notification

NationBuilder allows your club to automatically send a message to anyone with an expiring membership. This is an excellent tool for retaining membership and reengaging club members.

1. Navigate to overall People > Memberships.

2. You can edit automatic expiration notices for each individual membership level by clicking on the pencil icon. In the settings tab, you may edit the timing of each reminder. They are automatically set to send 7 days prior to expiration.

3. Next, navigate to the Autoresponses tab, to edit the content of the auto-generated message.

4. Here is a template to get started, as well as some ideas for additional content. Please contact the Global Clubs team at [email protected] with any questions relating to the liquid coding found between these brackets - {{ }}}.
